摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a method for detecting single mismatches in a DNA hybridization reaction using gold nanoparticles, and more specifically, to a method for detecting single nucleotide polymorphism of targeted nucleic acid by operating control of salt concentration, controlling a DNA-DNA hybridization reaction of a capture probe and a detection probe which can combine with the targeted nucleic acid, and quantitatively analyzing absorbance difference of the targeted nucleic acid making a complete hybridization and the single nucleotide polymorphism making an incomplete hybridization. The method for detecting single nucleotide polymorphism of the targeted nucleic acid of the present invention has an effect on detecting single nucleotide polymorphism of a gene related to diseases without temperature and pH control by analyzing the absorbance difference of the targeted nucleic acid and the single nucleotide polymorphism through the DNA-DNA hybridization reaction and control of salt concentration, and can be used for an use predicting dangerousness of diseases such as breast cancer in advance.</p>
