<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely remove adherent matter adhering to an inner circumferential surface of a nozzle hole in a nozzle body. <P>SOLUTION: The nozzle body 50 is held by a nozzle holding part 30 so that a top end part of the nozzle body 50 is immersed in a liquid medium in a reservoir 20 and the top end part of the nozzle body 50 faces a bottom face of the reservoir 20 with a predetermined space.
