<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyance device that can reduce costs by eliminating the need for digging a pit, change the length of a facility line easily, relocate the facility and install an additional facility, and to provide a conveyance system. <P>SOLUTION: The conveyance device 100 includes: a slat conveyor 10 including a pair of chains 14, 14 each put around a pair of sprockets 13, 13 and faced each other and a plurality of pieces of slats 16, 16... spanned between the pair of chains 14, 14; and a support member 21 removably provided on an upper side of an outer surface of the slats 16, 16... provided in the slat conveyor 10.
