<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable handrail of man conveyor capable of easily and reliably performing the fixation thereof and reliably preventing the deterioration of strength of canvas and a dimension change due to the shape losing even when using fiber having an extremely low friction characteristics is used for the canvas. <P>SOLUTION: The movable handrail 8 includes: a body resin part 16 having a C-character shaped cross-section; a basic cloth 20 disposed on the inside surface of the body resin part 16; a sliding cloth 21 disposed on the basic cloth 20 so as to cover a part of the surface of the basic cloth 20; and a high friction body 22 disposed on the basic cloth 20 so as to cover the other part of the surface of the basic cloth 20. The high friction body 22 is formed by coagulating a part of fiber constituting the basic cloth 20 on the surface side of the basic cloth 20 after fusion and has a friction characteristic higher than that of the sliding cloth 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
