<p>PURPOSE: A clamp fitting device and a manufacturing method are provided to reduce costs by not needing a rivet and to obtain sufficient rigidity by enlarging a diameter of a protrusion. CONSTITUTION: A clamp fitting device (10) connects a first clamp device (13) and a second clamp device (14) through a first plane sheet (11) and a second plane sheet (12) formed on fixing supporting members (17,17a) in a rear surface center contacting method. The first clamp device and the second clamp device individually include the fixing supporting member, a movable supporting member (22), and a mounting bolt. Pipe-shaped protrusion units (27-30) and a hole are alternately formed on the first plane sheet and the second plane sheet. The hole includes a taper unit on an outlet side of the protrusion unit. The front side of the protrusion is enlarged along the taper unit of the hole so that the first clamp device and the second clamp device are connected.</p> |
