According to the present invention, an active stabilizing apparatus for a vehicle including an actuator equipped with a cushion member comprises: a housing wherein an accommodation space is formed in an inner side, and one or more protruded stoppers formed in the accommodation space; a rotary motor equipped in the accommodation space which transfers a rotational driving power by rotating when a vehicle rotates or rolls; the actuator rotatably connected to the rotary motor and includes a damper formed with a wing portion in the circumference; the cushion member mounted between the wing portion and the stopper in order to be in contact with the wing portion and the stopper which has elasticity; a first stabilizer having one side to be fixated to the actuator, and the other side to be connected to any one suspension arm; and a second stabilizer having one side to be connected to the actuator, and rotates with the rotation of the rotary motor and the other side to be connected to the other suspension arm. |
