The pasta cooker with a heat loss preventing means comprises: a cooker housing (100) provided with a support formed on each of the bottom four corners, configured to completely seal both right and left sides and the rear, and having an opening and closing door arranged on the front, wherein opening and closing of the door are restricted; a cooking utensil (200) provided on the upper surface of the cooker housing (100), formed to receive water inside a rectangular shape with the open top and to boil pasta noodles, and having a heating coupling portion formed on the bottom surface, wherein the heating coupling portion is recessed upwardly in the form of a circle; an electric heating means (300) coupled to the heating coupling portion of the cooking utensil (200) to correspond to the heating coupling portion, heated depending on power up, and configured to heat the bottom surface of the cooking utensil (200); and the heat loss preventing means (400) having an enclosure shape, coupled to four upper ends of the outer peripheral surfaces of the cooking utensil (200) by welding, and having an open lower part such that a heat source generated by the electric heating means (300) can be transmitted to the outer peripheral surfaces and the bottom surface of the cooking utensil (200) through the outer peripheral surfaces of the side surfaces of the cooking utensil (200) without heat loss.
