<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric material excellent in dielectric breakdown resistance and a production method therefor, and to provide a transducer high in dielectric breakdown resistance and excellent in durability. <P>SOLUTION: The dielectric material is synthesized from an alkoxysilane-modified epoxy resin, an organometallic compound, and a rubbery polymer which has a functional group reactive with an epoxy group of the alkoxysilane-modified epoxy resin. Silica, which is formed by sol-gel reaction of an alkoxysilane in the alkoxysilane-modified epoxy resin, is dispersed in a polymer network of the synthesized dielectric material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
