<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for realizing the rapid flaw detection of a macro-inclusion of which the size is 100μm or above in√AREA. <P>SOLUTION: A test piece is formed from a steel material and a unidimensional linear array probe, which is constituted by arranging a plurality of oscillators on the surface of a probe and forms a plurality of line focuses in the direction crossing the arranging direction of the oscillators at a right angle by electronic focusing, is made almost parallel to the direction of the line focuses and the rolling direction of the steel material and scans the flaw detection surface of the test piece to perform water immersion ultrasonic flaw detection. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
