Provided in the present invention are polycrystalline lithium manganese oxide particles represented by chemical formula 1 (Li_(1+x)Mn_(2-x-y-f)Al_yM_(f)O_(4-z)) and a method for preparing the same. In the formula, M is anyone selected from the group consisting of B, Co, V, La, Ti, Ni, Zr, Y, and Ga, or two or more kinds or element among the same, and 0<=x<=0.2, 0<y<=0.2, 0<f<=0.2, and 0<=z<=0.2. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the life properties and charge and discharge capacity properties can be improved by solving problems of the Jahn-Teller distortion and the elution of Mn^2+ by structurally stabilizing the polycrystal lithium manganese oxide particles. |
