Disclosed is an apparatus to form a variable roll. According to an embodiment of the present invention, an apparatus to form a variable roll includes: a variable roll forming unit configured to have angles with respect to an axial position and a processing direction of an upper forming roll and a lower forming roll to be varied by operation of a cylinder and a motor by dualizing the upper forming roll and the lower forming roll to both sides with respect to the processing direction, having the upper forming roll and the lower forming roller phased in accordance with the processing directions, and forming a phased variable roll on a material supplied by being arranged in three or more stages along the processing directions by a forming beam having a heterogenous cross-section having different width and height along the longitudinal direction; and a material guide unit respectively disposed on the front and rear sides of the processing direction of the variable roll forming unit to guide the material supplied and discharged from the phased variable roll forming unit. |
