摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce manufacturing cost by reducing the number of components of a tandem type solar cell.SOLUTION: A plurality of semiconductor layers (a first semiconductor layer 1, a second semiconductor layer 3, a third semiconductor layer 5) where each semiconductor layer of different forbidden band with a pn junction have an activatable semiconductor layer (the third semiconductor layer 5) which is a semiconductor layer of wide forbidden band width outputting a photovoltaic voltage that can activate the boost circuit in a boost type power supply device at the output destination. A plurality of boost type power supply devices (a first boost type power supply device 7, a second boost type power supply device 8, a third boost type power supply device 9) each having a boost circuit for boosting the output from a semiconductor layer at the connection source are connected in parallel so that other boost type power supply device is activated using the output from the third boost type power supply device 9 that is activated by the boost circuit with a photovoltaic voltage output from the third semiconductor layer 5.
