<p>Disclosed is a laminate with a hard coat layer, which can be easily produced while having excellent film adhesion, high film strength, and excellent scratch resistance. Specifically disclosed is a laminate with a hard coat layer wherein a hard coat layer and a metal oxide layer are arranged in this order on at least one side of a resin base. This laminate with a hard coat layer is characterized in that the hard coat layer is composed of two or more inorganic particle-containing layers having different inorganic particle concentrations or an inorganic particle-containing layer whose inorganic particle concentration is gradually changed in the film thickness direction.</p> |
