The present invention relates to a mold for manufacturing a twisted spiral type vane of a steam separator according to the new form to enable to manufacture the twisted spiral type vane used in the steam separator in an automated process not a manual labor. Therefore, the present invention provides the mold for manufacturing the twisted spiral type vane of the steam separator which includes: a lower mold in which a mounting end is provided in an area where a material is mounted and has a twisted spiral type surface, and a lower contact end is comprised the circumference region of the mounting end and is formed on the upper surface to prevent moving of the material to be mounted in the mounting end and pressure-molded; a middle mold in which an upper contact symmetrical to the lower contact end formed in the upper surface of the lower mold is located in the direct upper part of the lower mold and is formed in the lower surface, and a putting ball made of the same shape as the material penetrates in order that the flat type material for the molding is put into in the direct upper part of the site where the mounting end of the lower mold is located; and an upper mold which is installed in the upper portion of the middle mold to enable to lift, and in which a punch portion penetrates the putting ball of the middle mold in the lower surface and forms the material to be put into the putting ball in a twisted spiral type by mounting the same with the mounting end of the lower mold. |
