The present invention relates to a coating agent for protecting an underwater structure that contains epoxy resin, hardener, dispersant, pigment, and porcelain powder obtained from waste ceramics to improve corrosion resistance and adhesion force and to protect the working environment from harmful substances, and a method for repairing the underwater structure using a reinforcing member made of elastic lattice PPE fiber. The method for repairing the underwater structure includes the following steps: preparing a main substance containing 40 to 50 wt% of epoxy resin or polyvinyl acetate, 10 to 20 wt% of aluminum triphosphate or titanium dioxide as a colored anti-corrosion rust pigment, 25 to 35 wt% of porcelain powder obtained from waste ceramics or zinc powder as an extender pigment, 1 to 5 wt% of a dispersant, 1 to 5 wt% of a thinner, and other additives; preparing a hardener containing 70 to 90 wt% of modified aliphatic amine, 5 to 15 wt% of a thinner, 3 to 5 wt% of an accelerator, and other additives; preparing a coating agent for protecting the underwater structure, which is mixed with the main substance and the hardener in a weight ratio of 100: 40 to 70;, applying the coating agent onto the underwater structure; attaching a reinforcing member made of elastic lattice PPE fiber to the underwater structure before the coating agent, applied to the underwater structure, is cured; and applying the coating agent onto the underwater structure. |
