<p>According to an embodiment of the present invention, a display device includes: a spontaneous emission display panel; a processor which specifies a pixel of the spontaneous emission display panel corresponding to image data and processes display of an image corresponding to the image data by discharging the spontaneous emission display panel for the specified pixel to emit light; and a controller which if a control command for operation control of an external device is received changes the received control command into a waveform of a receivable protocol for the external device and controls the external device to be operated by electromagnetic waves emitted from the spontaneous emission display panel by additionally discharging the spontaneous emission display panel with the changed waveform during the period of the spontaneous emission display panel being discharged.</p> |
