Provided is a needle device capable of biopsy as well as liquid administration with a single insertion into the target site during stereotactic brain surgery. This needle device is configured with a delivery hole (301) formed in a third needle part (30) and disposed so that when an inner needle (NC) for delivery is inserted into an outer needle (NA), the delivery hole faces a window (101) formed in a first needle part (10). A position-determining groove (152) and a position-determining protrusion (39) are provided as a rotation-restricting means that restricts the rotation of the inner needle (NC) for delivery with respect to the outer needle (NA). |
