<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an element that can be positioned with high precision by recognizing the position of a recognition mark from a surface opposed to the recognition mark installation surface of the element, and to provide a mounting device and a mounting method. <P>SOLUTION: The element includes element top-surface positioning marks and element reverse-surface positioning marks to be positioning references of a top surface and a reverse surface, wherein the element top-surface positioning marks are a plurality of marks in a predetermined shape that transmit observation light which is not transmitted through the element, and the element reverse-surface positioning marks are a plurality of marks in a predetermined shape which are provided on one-end-surface sides of the plurality of element top-surface positioning marks and do not transmit the observation light. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
