The present invention relates to a spray nozzle and a method for concentrating brine to manufacture solar salt, and more specifically, to a spray nozzle which sprays brine in a fine water drop form and can increase an evaporating rate of water, and to a method for concentrating brine to manufacture solar salt. The spray nozzle of the present invention comprises a joint unit connected with a water supply pipe in which water is supplied and forming a screw thread on an external circumference surface; a cover where a screw groove is formed on an internal circumference surface, and the joint unit is inserted through an opening formed a rear end, and the screw thread is combined on the screw groove; and an opening and closing unit rotating the cover and installed inside the cover to open and close a flow path formed inside the cover. The opening and closing unit comprises a combining unit combined on the joint unit; a taper unit enlarged from a front end of the combining unit, where the diameter is gradually increased as headed for the front; an opening and closing plate formed on a front end of the taper unit to have bigger diameter than the taper unit, and sticking to or separated from the internal circumference surface of the cover by rotation of the cover; and a turbulence forming means formed on the taper unit, interfering with flow of water passing through the flow path, and forming turbulence. |
