<p>The present invention relates to a use of manufacturing of a bispecific chimeric protein including DARPin (bispecific antibody zygocyte). The bispecific chimeric protein manufactured by using DARPin has reduced side effects (agonism) and/or has the increased effects. Provided in an embodiment of the present invention is a bispecific chimeric protein which includes (a) DARPin and (b) an antibody (for example, an antibody of an lgG form), an antibody fragment (an antigen-binding fragment, for example an antibody of scFv-Fc form), or a combination of the same. Provided in another embodiment is a method for manufacturing a bispecific chimeric protein which comprises the step of connecting (a) DARPin to (b) an antibody (for example, an antibody of an lgG form), an antibody fragment (for example, an antibody of scFv-Fc form), or a combination of the same.</p> |
