<p>The purpose of the present invention is to provide a pre-coated metal (PCM) color steel sheet having a textured pattern capable of being continuously processed and a manufacturing method thereof. The PCM color steel sheet has three-dimensional patterns with various colors formed thereon by a screen printing method and a thermosetting paint composition. The manufacturing method of the PCM color steel sheet is capable of optimizing environment using the thermosetting paint composition by applying a rotational screen printing method to a continuous painting process of the PCM color steel sheet; forming the three-dimensional patterns with various colors to be constant in thickness; and improving productivity and work efficiency. The PCM steel sheet successively comprises: a steel foundation plate; a pre-processing layer; a rust prevention primer coating layer; a baser coating layer; a rotational screen printing layer; wherein the rotational screen layer includes a thermosetting paint composition.</p> |
