<p>Disclosed is a scissors-type ultrasonic surgical device having adjustable gripping force. According to the present invention, the scissors-type ultrasonic surgical device is formed by detachably joining a certain type of an elastic panel, providing elastic force needed for an area and a method for a surgery, with a lever of an ultrasonic surgical device. Accordingly, physical energy of ultrasonic vibration generated by an ultrasonic guide (a horn) can be effectively transmitted to an area for a surgery by subtly adjusting gripping force transmitted to an end effector. Therefore, negative impact which is unintentionally caused by operation based on sensation of a person who performs the surgery is minimized. Meanwhile, the scissors-type ultrasonic surgical device enables the person to more precisely and easily cut and coagulate an area for the surgery requiring sophisticated skills and high impedance such as thyroidectomy and to make a small incision on the area.</p> |
