<p>Disclosed is a method for coating the inner surface of a metallic tube with a resin while forming a tube block by winding a tube having a small diameter and long length. The temperature difference between the inner and outer surfaces of the tube block becomes uniform by heating the tube block. An adhesive agent is coated on the surface of the tube by injecting the adhesive agent into the tube of the tube block. The resin is coated on the adhesive agent by injecting the resin into the tube of the tube block.</p> |
