<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus for adjusting a fuel gauge scale mark, which adjusts the fuel gauge scale mark which indicates a remaining fuel amount of a vehicle, and to a method therefor. The apparatus for adjusting a fuel gauge scale mark according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a sensor unit detecting the remaining fuel amount of the vehicle; an input unit receiving a fuel gauge scale mark display option and fuel price information; an adjustment unit adjusting the fuel gauge scale mark based on the fuel gauge scale mark display option and the fuel price; and a display unit displaying the fuel gauge scale mark adjusted by the adjustment unit. The method for adjusting a fuel gauge scale mark according to the other embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: detecting the remaining fuel amount inside a fuel tank of the vehicle, and transmitting information on the remaining fuel amount; receiving the information on the remaining fuel amount, and selecting a fuel gauge scale mark display option of the display unit; receiving fuel price information; and adjusting the fuel gauge scale mark of the display unit based on the fuel gauge scale mark display option and the fuel price information, and displaying the adjusted fuel gauge scale mark.</p> |
