<p>The present invention relates to a flexible substrate cutting and a splicing apparatus and, more specifically, to a flexible substrate cutting and a splicing apparatus which are to connect a flexible substrate and a lith film. The present invention comprises: an unwinding portion transferring by winding the roll type flexible substrate installed in an unwind roller; a cutting portion cutting the flexible substrate, transferred by the unwinding portion, for a fixed size; a lith film supply portion supplying the lith film which is to be connected to the flexible substrate cut by the cutting portion; a splicing portion connecting an end portion of the lith film supplied from the lith film supply portion to an end portion of the flexible substrate transferred from the cutting portion; and a winding portion winding the lith film and the flexible substrate, which are transferred from the splicing portion, in the form of a roll using the wind roller.</p> |
