<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for installing a range hood capable of simply installing a new range hood by adjoining an existing hanging wall cabinet without generating a gap even when the height dimension and the depth dimension of the hanging wall cabinet are different. <P>SOLUTION: An old range hood 43 which is installed by adjoining the existing hanging wall cabinet 41 is removed, and a gap closing member is fitted on the side face 41a of the existing hanging wall cabinet 41 by utilizing a space 46 where the old range hood 43 is installed, and by adjusting the length of a longitudinal closing member 4 and a length of horizontal closing member 5 of this gap closing member to the lengths corresponding to the height dimension and the depth dimension of the existing hanging wall cabinet 41, and by installing a new range hood 47 thereafter, so that no gap is generated between the new range hood 47 and the existing hanging wall cabinet 41. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
