<p>A base station located inside a first radio coverage of a first base station in a communications system, wherein the base station has smaller transmit power than the first base station, includes: a storage section for storing system resource assignment information on system radio resources divided into a first part and a second part, wherein the first part is assigned to user data communication of the first base station with a terminal connecting to the first base station and the second part is assigned to at least one function of the first base station other than the user data communication; and a controller for differentiating configurations of at least one radio link parameter of the first part and the second part assigned for user data transmission of the base station according to the system resource assignment information.</p> |
