<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystalline sealing material in which crystals are sufficiently precipitated after it is satisfactorily softened and fluidized in a secondary firing step. <P>SOLUTION: In the crystalline sealing material comprising bismuth-based glass powder and a fireproof filler, the bismuth-based glass powder comprises, as a glass composition by mol, 30 to 40% Bi<SB POS="POST">2</SB>O<SB POS="POST">3</SB>, 15 to 25% B<SB POS="POST">2</SB>O<SB POS="POST">3</SB>, 30 to 40% ZnO, 0 to 25% CuO and 0 to 5% Fe<SB POS="POST">2</SB>O<SB POS="POST">3</SB>, and also comprises a ZnO-containing fireproof filler and cordierite as the fireproof filler. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
