<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ozone ice of high content of bubbles of air in ice and a method and device of making the ozone ice. <P>SOLUTION: The ozone ice of high gas content (volume ratio) of ice by 6 vol.% or more, can be made by the method and device of making the ozone ice, including an ozone generating stage for generating ozone from a raw material, a bubble-mixed water producing stage for mixing micro bubbles of ozone-containing gas into the water in a water tank, and an ozone ice producing stage for supplying the bubble-mixed water and making an ice making face capture the bubbles. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
