An electrode assembly comprises a cathode, an anode, and a separator, wherein the separator includes an electrode laminate interposed between the cathode and the anode, a cathode tap protruding from the edge of the electrode laminate, and an anode tap protruding from the edge of the electrode laminate, and the electrode laminate has the height direction, width direction, and thickness direction. The thickness direction substantially crosses the plane including the height direction and the width direction in right angle. The electrode laminate has a first thickness in the thickness direction from a first position corresponding to at least one cathode tap and anode tap. The electrode laminate has the second thickness in the thickness direction from a second position around the first position, and the first thickness is larger than the second thickness. |
