The present invention relates to a foldable double-sided cooking pan. The purpose of the present invention is to enable food to be cooked more uniformly via direct flame and to enable food smells to be burned and removed inside a cooking space by improving the flange structure of the pan and thereby directly guiding part of the flame of a heater into the cooling space inside the pan. For the purpose, the foldable double-sided cooking pan according to the present invention has a lower skirt wall (140) arranged at the outer edge of the outer flange (130) of a lower pan (100) to extend toward the lower surface (110) of the lower pan (100) while maintaining a gap from the wall (120) of the lower pan (100) and to concentrate heat rising from the heater on the wall (120) and the lower surface (110) of the lower pan (100). A lower heat channel (150) is formed on the wall (120) of the lower pan (100) to guide part of the heat of the heater, which has been concentrated by the lower skirt wall (140), into the cooking space. An upper skirt wall (240) is arranged to extend toward the lower surface (210) of an upper pan (200) while maintaining a gap from the wall (220) of the upper pan (200) and to concentrate heat rising from the heater on the wall (220) and the lower surface (210) of the upper pan (200). An upper heat channel (250) is formed on the wall (220) of the upper pan (200) to guide part of the heat of the heater, which has been concentrated by the upper skirt wall (240), into the cooking space. |
