An organic light emitting device includes: a first electrode; a hole injection layer; a hole transport layer; an organic light emitting layer; a first electron transport layer; a second electron transport layer; an electron injection layer; and a second electrode. The electron transport layer includes: a first material which improves the thermal stability of the organic light emitting device; a second material which improve the luminous efficiency of the organic light emitting device; and a third material which reduces the driving voltage of the organic light emitting device. The second electron transport layer may include: a fourth material which improves the luminous efficiency of the organic light emitting device, and a fifth material which reduces the driving voltage of the organic light emitting device. Therefore, the luminous efficiency and life of the organic light emitting device and the organic light emitting display apparatus are improved, and the thermal stability also improved. |
