<p>The present invention relates to a method for fabricating a stabilizer bar which comprises: a first step of inserting a wire in a groove formed in the longitudinal direction of a lower mold, inserting each joint nut at both ends of the groove, inserting and bonding one end of the wire in a groove formed on a rear surface of the joint nut, and then fabricating a polyurethane core by foaming polyurethane enclosing and the wire and the joint nut and covering the lower mold with an upper mold; a second step of braiding carbon fiber on an outer circumferential surface of the polyurethane core; a third step of injecting a resin to the braided carbon fiber; and a fourth step of fastening a joint bolt to the joint nut. With the present invention, provided is a stabilizer bar having lighter weight than that of the stabilizer bar made of a metal material and having excellent strength.</p> |
