<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outer door lock device which is improved so as to remarkably strengthen a steal prevention property only by slightly altering a core component of a door lock without considerably modifying an outer door and the door lock device. <P>SOLUTION: In an outer door lock device, a slider lock 7 in a channel structure is laid on a back face of a door frame 2b for an outer door 2 and is vertically movable cooperatively with a door opening/closing handle, a hook plate is provided in an opening end portion of a main body cabinet while facing an engage angular hole opened on a rear end face of the slider lock 7, and the engage angular hole of the slider lock 7 is hooked on the hook plate, thereby locking the door at a closing position. Engage claws 7b are protrusively formed at a front edge in a vertical length direction of the slider lock 7, the engage claws 7b are then hooked in a slit-like engage groove 2b-3 opened on the door frame 2b so as to engage and hold the slider lock 7 with the outer door 2, and the engage claws 7b are formed in a distributed manner at a plurality of upper and lower points in accordance with engagement portions between the slider lock 7 and the hook plate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
