摘要 The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a piston for a hydraulic pump which can be lightweight and maintain stable elasticity to absorb an impact even at a high rotational speed. The method for manufacturing a piston for a hydraulic pump of the present invention comprises: a step of preparing a base member having a head part on one side and a hollow part where a boss is formed at the center inside the other; a first compression molding step of compression molding the other end part of the base member to be bent in a central axis direction so that the other end part of the base member can be bent inwardly toward an end part of the boss; a second compression molding step of bending and sealing the other end part of the base member so that the other end part of the base member and the end part of the boss can come in contact with each other; a step of sealing the other end part of the base member by welding the other end part of the base member and the end part of the boss which are in contact with each other; a step of processing the head part of the base member in a circular ball shape; and a through hole forming step of forming a hole having a certain diameter and passing through the central axis of a piston.
