摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a method for operating a membrane filtration process and, more specifically, to a method for operating a membrane filtration process capable of maximizing the efficiency in the membrane filtration process by operating an intensive immersion cleaning process efficiently, thereby being able to be operated without an agglutination-precipitation step. The present invention provides the method for operating the membrane filtration process comprising: a calculation step for calculating and saving the filtration resistance Ri value (the filtration resistance calculated after the ith backwash) using a formula with TMP (Trans-Membrane Pressure)ΔP, coefficient of viscosityμ, and flux J (permeation flux/unit membrane area) measured in a membrane module whenever the repeated backwash is finished after the initial operation of the membrane filtration process or the intensive immersion cleaning process is completed; a decision step for making a decision whether the intensive immersion cleaning process will be operated depending on the resistance difference by comparing the Ri value (the filtration resistance calculated when the ith backwash is finished after the intensive immersion cleaning) calculated at the calculation step and R1 value (the filtration resistance calculated when the first backwash is finished after the intensive immersion cleaning); and an intensive immersion cleaning step for performing intensive immersion cleaning based on a result at the decision step.</p>
