A UFS system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a UFS device that is based on a flash memory; and a UFS host that is connected to the UFS device through an interface and uses the efficient transmission speed information input from the UFS device to adjust the data transmission speed accordingly. The UFS device can calculate efficient transmission speed through the data transmission amount and transmits the efficient transmission speed to the UFS host. The present invention can reduce power consumption by adjusting the data transmission speed to fit the actual data transmission amount instead of the maximum transmission speed satisfying the demands of both of the UFS host and UFS device. |
