<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extraction management method for managing the extraction of direct mail, and for acquiring quality recording relating to extraction. <P>SOLUTION: The extraction management method of direct mail includes: an extraction list generation step 1d that an extraction management device 2 generates an extraction object article list by searching a search code designated as an extraction object article from a file for inspection in which serial numbers to be used for systematic inspection and search codes to be used for the identification of the direct mail are associated with each other; an extraction step 1f that a systematic inspection device 3 reads the serial numbers described in the extraction object article list in the case of executing the systematic inspection of the direct mail, and executes processing for extracting the direct mail whose serial number has been read; and an extraction inspection step 1e that the extraction management device 2 reads the serial numbers from the direct mail extracted in the extraction step, and collates the serial numbers with the serial numbers described in the extraction object article list. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
