A donor substrate for transfer according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a base layer, a photothermal conversion layer located on the base layer, a middle layer located on the photothermal conversion layer, and a transfer layer located on the middle layer. The middle layer includes a transfer part and a non-transfer part. The surface roughness of the middle layer in the transfer part and the non-transfer part is 30 nanometers to 1 micrometer. |
