<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily pelletizing iron manufacturing dust comprising metal iron at high efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The method includes: a curing step of subjecting a dehydrated cake 11 of iron manufacturing dust subjected to dehydration to atmospheric curing to obtain a cured cake 12; a granulation step of granulating the cured cake 12 obtained in the curing step by a granulating machine 21 to obtain a granule 15; and a rolling step of rolling the granule 15 obtained by the granulation step by a rolling machine 22 and subjecting the same to particle size regulation, thus performing pelletization to obtain a pellet 16 with a particle size of 5 to 50 mm. At the point of time in which the moisture content in the cured cake 12 in the curing step is reduced to 10 to 20 mass%, the cured cake 12 is fed to the granulation step. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
