<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller of a crusher which avoids excessive load exerted on a speed changing mechanism and on a driver by causing a friction plate and a pressurizing plate to generate slip when the torque of a crushing rotor becomes set torque or higher, the controller keeping the friction plate and the pressurizing plate at a state where they are pressurized contact with each other at a prescribed pressure by operating a pressurizing mechanism while the crushing rotor is driven, thereby reducing breakage due to seizure and wear of the friction plate and the pressurizing plate caused by heat generation. <P>SOLUTION: For the crusher 1 provided with a torque limiter 20 causing the friction plate 21 and the pressurizing plate 22 to generate slip when the torque of the crushing rotor 5 becomes the set torque or higher, the controller 100 operates a pressurizing mechanism 26 to bring the friction plate 21 and the pressurizing plate 22 into pressurized contact with each other, and then starts an electric motor M for the time of activation, and stops the electric motor M and then stops the pressurizing mechanism 26 in stoppage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
