<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for giving a player expectation as usual without carrying out a performance which is difficult for the player to understand when a performance of an accessory game is returned to a fluctuation performance of normal symbols. <P>SOLUTION: In a game machine, sorting operation of game balls is carried out in a movable ball-entering accessory device and a big win occurs when the ball passes through a specific region. If an ending performance is ended in response to the game ball discharged without passing through the specific region as a result of the sorting operation, and if a fluctuation period of time T1 of the normal symbols is determined to include an end time (time t6) of the ending performance, "a remaining fluctuation period of time T2" is calculated. "The remaining fluctuation period of time T2" is used for carrying out a fluctuation display performance corresponding to fluctuation display and stop display of the normal symbols.
