<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a package sealing material having a reflow resistance by using a particular combination of fillers, and to achieve improved sealing reliability by preventing flow upon sealing of the package. <P>SOLUTION: The epoxy resin composition comprises components (A)-(E), wherein components (B), (C) and (D) account for 15-60 pts.mass, 20-120 pts.mass and 5-35 pts.mass, respectively, based on 100 pts.mass component (A).
