<p>The present invention relates to a cooking pot having an air heating structure for combustion by exhaust heat to reduce the temperature of exhaust gas discharged through an exhaust pipe and improve combustion efficiency of a gas burner. The cooking pot of the present invention comprises an air heating pipe for combustion heated by exhaust heat in an exhaust path. Accordingly, air for combustion supplied to the gas burner forms more than or equal to 100°C by having the air heating pipe for combustion in the exhaust path so that the absolute value of the heating temperature lowers and consumption of a fuel is minimized. Also, exhaust heat is cooled and discharged so that increase of the internal temperature in a kitchen is reduced.</p> |
