<p>According to an embodiment of the present invention, a hollow precast column includes: a concrete unit which includes a cylindrical first hollow unit formed on the center; one or more first main rebars including a spiral first upper screw unit partially embedded in the areas near the concrete unit in the vertical direction and a first lower screw unit having spiral lower part; a secondary rebar formed between the first main rebars at a predetermined gap; and a splice sleeve which couples the second lower screw unit of the second main rebar coupled to the upper part of the first main rebar to the first upper screw unit.</p> |
