<p>Disclosed is an oil immersed transformer capable of filtering metallic defects included in insulating oil circulated in a transformer. The oil immersed transformer includes an external box which includes a core and a wire and is filled with insulating oil; a heat dissipation module which is connected to the external box and has the circulation path of insulating oil to cool the insulating oil filled in the external box through the heat exchange of air; and a filter unit which is formed in the heat dissipation module and collects conductive defects included in insulating oil. According to the oil immersed transformer, metallic defects included in insulating oil is collected though a filter unit, and the circulation of the metallic defects in the transformer is prevented, thereby preventing the deterioration and dielectric breakdown of a transformer which can be generated by metallic defects.</p> |
