<p>According to an embodiment of the present invention, an automatic pile welding device capable of easily being disassembled and assembled is provided to weld the ends of upper and lower piles contiguous with each other on an axis during foundation work, and comprises: a rail unit arranged on the outer diameter part of a pile to change the motion of a rotational transfer unit to a circular motion; the rotational transfer unit installed on the rail unit to be able to be separated and supported by the rail unit in order to perform a circular motion along the circumference of the upper pile; a first pile guide roller including a connection shaft connected to the rotational transfer unit to be able to be detached and attached to the rotational transfer unit, a fixating plate fixated on the lower end of the connection shaft, and a coupling plate and a lower plate which are successively formed on the lower part of the fixating plate by being spaced apart from each other, and coupled to each other by a bolt, wherein the bolt is inserted in a spring, is placed between the fixating plate and the coupling plate, and the coupling plate and the lower plate, and is rotated by coming in surface contact with the outer circumferential surface of the upper pile by being formed on one side of the coupling plate to be able to rotate; a fixating assembly which is fixated on a fixating angle fixated on one side of the coupling plate to be able to rotate, and includes a groove guider roller which has the central part protruding from the outer circumferential surface thereof and is inserted between joints of the upper and lower piles; a torch mounting unit which includes a guide plate coupled to the coupling plate and a mounting plate coupled to the guide plate, and has a pipe shape opened in the same direction of the guide rail; a second pile guide coupled to the upper or lower part of the torch mounting unit, and rotated by coming in surface contact with the upper pile; and a welding torch holder having a welding torch inserted therein and supported by the torch mounting unit.</p> |
