<p>The present invention relates to an exchange device for a sleeper which comprises: a supporting unit (100) installed on the upper surface of rails (10) to be attached and detached; a sliding unit (200) installed in the upper side of the supporting unit (100) to be slid horizontally; a rotating unit (300) installed in the upper side of the sliding unit (200) to be rotated; and a lift unit (400) including a lift hinge body (410) coupled to an upper side of the rotating unit (300) by a hinge, a lift lever (420) connected to the upper surface of the lift hinge body (410) and formed lengthwise in the horizontal direction, and a lift effector (430) coupled to one horizontal end of the lift lever (420) and hung on a clip (25) of the sleeper (20). As the other horizontal end of the lift lever (420), the lift hinge body (410), and the lift effector (430) are operated respectively as a force point, a fulcrum point, and an action point of a lever principle, the sleeper (20) hung at the lift effector (430) is lifted when pressure is applied to the other horizontal end of the lift lever (420).</p> |
