<p>The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing cream type cosmetics filled in a blister pack and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing cream type cosmetics filled in a blister pack, in which conventional viscous cosmetics such as cream, lotion, and gel are formed into circular, oval, quadrangle, and rhombus capsule forms using a mold, capable of: forming coating films on cosmetic lumps or outer surfaces; maintaining the lump form under external environments such as high temperature and humidity using the coating film; using by filling the circular, oval, quadrangle, and rhombus capsule form cosmetics into the blister pack and storing the same under a vacuum state; vacuum wrapping by filling with liquids in order to maintain the capsule forms in the blister pack; hygienically using the cosmetics and simply carrying the cosmetics by manufacturing 1-30 capsules to be connected and to be individually separated one by one as ordinary capsule packings when using the capsule formed cosmetics in the blister pack; using the cosmetics by directly applying the various capsule forms to skin as the cosmetic lumps are in soft and various circular, oval, quadrangle, and rhombus capsule forms; and conveniently using the cosmetics and reducing container costs more than conventional containers by peeling protection films such as silver leaf and plastic film on the rear surface of the blister pack in which the capsules are placed and taking out the capsule formed cosmetics. The method for manufacturing the cream type cosmetics filled in the blister pack comprises the steps of (a) measuring an aqueous layer; (b) measuring an oil layer; (c) heating; (d) emulsifying; (e) adding additives; (f) adding preservative and scent; (g) molding in the mold; (h) maintaining formulated forms by cooling; and (i) packing the cosmetics into a container.</p> |
