Provided are a method and an apparatus for controlling operation of a flash memory, which can change only voltage conditions of a flash memory controller and operate the flash memory as a PUF circuit. The provided apparatus includes a controller outputting a control signal which changes one or more among a program voltage condition, a deletion voltage condition and a reading voltage condition for the flash memory as it receives a PUF mode selection signal; and a voltage adjusting part changing one or more among the program voltage condition, the deletion voltage condition and the reading voltage condition for the flash memory as it receives the control signal from the controller. |
